International Area of FMCA

To our Calgary Stampede 2020 Guests,
Reluctantly the International Area Board (INTO) has decided to cancel our 2020 Calgary Stamped Rally scheduled for July this year. The stampede may go on this year but at this point it is unlikely and it is anybody’s guess as to what the future will hold.
We were hoping that our Calgary Rally could be the first one for everyone after the pandemic but with no guarantee and putting the health of guests first, cancelling our event is the best course of action.
The INTO board has agreed that a full refund is the right thing to do and we will start sending your refund checks this week to the address you provided us when you registered. If you would like your refund sent to a different address please send a message to our treasurer at intofmca@gmail.com prior to April 5th.
Next years (2021) Calgary Stampede is scheduled to start on July 9th which is the same dates as the FMCA National Rally in Gillette. Because of this, INTO will not be able to reschedule the rally but we are working with one of our Chapters to make the same basic rally available for our members next year. Details on registration and cost will be out shortly and everyone that signed up this year will be contacted first.
INTO is tentatively scheduling our 2021 Area Rally for the Eastern Part of the US, sometime during the fall. We will provide details for your planning as soon as we can.
We would like to thank everyone for your great support for this rally and are looking forward to seeing everyone at one of our standard or destination rallies in the future.
